Really great service, Stu identified the problem with my laptop registry and fixed it very quickly; it's now running as fast as it did when new and has stopped giving me the dreaded blue screen of death! Highly recommend

Stuart was very reassuring in his approach to my computer problem, never got flustered but tried all available alternatives until he solved the problem.I rate him highly and would recommend without hesitation. I was also delighted when he said no fix no fee.

I have worked with Stuart from 1-2-1 on many occasions. His patient manner and technical expertise make him my go-to technical support person. I have yet to find an issue that Stuart can't deal with and have recommended him many times. I have no hesitation in recommending 1-2-1 for any PC and web design tuition and projects.
